What we cannot do — and who can
We are not Barcelona Catamaran, the tour operator, or the booking platform. We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, or the provider app or account.
We cannot reissue tickets, change names, move dates, confirm entry, or check provider availability. For those, contact the company that issued your booking, or the attraction’s own official support if your confirmation points there.

If you already booked through a third-party platform or the operator’s own site, start with your confirmation email, voucher, or account page. That is where manage-booking tools and support channels usually live.

How this site makes money
Some outbound booking links may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may receive a commission. That usually does not add extra cost for you.
Affiliate links do not make this site the official seller or operator. Our editorial pages stay independent.
Before you email
To help us review your message, include the page URL, the section or topic, what looks wrong, and a screenshot if it helps. If you report a website issue, tell us your device and browser too.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes or unnecessary identity documents. For payment or booking account issues, contact the actual booking provider through its official support channel.
What not to send us
Please do not send requests to change a booking, cancel a ticket, issue a refund, or confirm tour availability. We cannot see third-party booking records.
We also cannot help with account access problems for a booking platform. Use the provider’s own login or support route for that.
How we handle corrections
When you report a wrong price, closed entrance, or out-of-date time, we check it against the source we used for the page. If your report is right, we correct the page.
A factual correction is always welcome, even when it is not a complaint.
